Our Process

1) Idea
It all starts with your idea. Our resident t-shirt guru will consult with you to help decide on shirt color choice, number of ink colors, sizes you need, and imprint locations. We'll help you pick the right shirt for your budget, and make sure your shirt is the nicest around.
 

2) Design
Once you decide on an idea, we'll hand it off to our talented design team, who will create a design for your custom t-shirt. We'll send you a proof to approve - this helps ensure you get exactly the shirt you want.  Want to design the shirt yourself? Not a problem.  Typically, most customers let us handle the design because of the different process involved in preparing artwork. 
 

3) Printing
Once we finalize the design of your custom t-shirt, we'll output the artwork to screens and begin printing your shirts. We used Plastisol based inks that are heat-cured. This means your custom t-shirts have vibrant colors that last wash after wash. Once printed, we'll inspect and fold your shirts. Then we'll box them up for you to pickup or we'll ship them direct to you.
